The value for money was excellent, and our room was comfortable with lovely wooden decor. The location was perfect, just a 1-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us a real laid back beach vibe.

The bed was comfy, with clean linens. Pool and ocean view were great. Breakfast was sufficient for two. Provided a bag of rice for a wet phone. Shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea from the room's balcony. The wooden decor in the rooms adds a cozy touch, and the daily room service ensures a clean and comfortable stay. The Coconut restaurant serves outstanding food, and although it may be a bit pricey, there are cheaper options available at the beach bars. The breakfast is good, with a jolly egg man singing while he cooks, and the Thai omelette is a must-try. Additionally, the pool is surrounded by tropical trees, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The pool is located towards the back of the hotel near the road, rather than being on the beach side, which may be a bit disappointing for those looking for a more beachfront experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was absolutely fantastic, with the hotel situated right on the beach. I couldn't have asked for a better view! Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were well-equipped with modern facilities and had a fantastic garden view. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options including fresh omelettes, all enjoyed with a breathtaking view of the water - simply spectacular!

We had a great experience at the hotel thanks to Pae at reception, who went out of his way to accommodate us when we were checking out. He ensured that the rooms we had booked were available and ready for us. The hotel is located in a quiet zone of Khaolak but is still within walking distance to downtown Khaolak. There is a laundry service and a travel agency conveniently located next door. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and stylish, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a big pool and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We did notice some rubbish on the beach in front of the hotel, which was a bit off-putting.

We stayed at the Kokotel Khao Lak Lighthouse and were impressed by the facilities. The spacious rooms were perfect for our business trip. The hotel offered great amenities including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool. The on-site workshop was useful for our team meetings. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The rooms were very modern and clean, with fantastic sea views. The breakfast buffet at the beachside bar/restaurant, Coconuts, had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and polite, even leaving flowers and a birthday sign in the room for my husband.

There was no flexibility with the checkout time, even when we asked for just an extra hour. The lack of an elevator was inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.

The industrial look of the room was appealing, and it had all the facilities we needed. I especially loved the availability of cold, filtered water. I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Khao Lak. The staff were extremely welcoming and caring from the moment I arrived. The hotel room was one of the best I have had in Thailand, with a perfect size and comfortable beds. It was always cleaned to a good standard. What impressed me the most was the accommodating nature of all the staff. They were truly amazing and always ready to help, whether it was at the reception, passing by the cleaning staff, or even by the pool. The hotel also had a fantastic restaurant called "Coconuts" with delicious food and cocktails, along with evening entertainment. a great place to stay!
