The pool can sometimes get overcrowded, especially with children and multiple guests using it.

Everything was spot on.

The room was clean and well-equipped, perfect for a romantic escape. the breakfast buffet was delicious and highly recommended, offering a variety of options for all tastes. the location was great, close to the beach and market.

The noise from the surrounding bars could be heard at night, disturbing our sleep. there was a lack of proper sleeping arrangements for children, as they were expected to share the bed with their parents or pay extra for a rollaway bed.

I recently stayed at Swissotel in Patong for a 2-week vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable, close to the beach and surrounded by street food options. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the two swimming pools on the 3rd and 7th floors were a great addition. The Suite room package with lounge access provided all-day complimentary drinks, snacks, and cocktail hours from 5-7pm. A special mention to the Filipino staff member working at the pool bar on the 3rd floor who was particularly delightful.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel special. the luxurious amenities were exactly what we were hoping for - the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip, and the jacuzzi was the ideal way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the room advantages were exceptional, we particularly loved the private facilities, which made us feel like we were in a true paradise. the location was also superb, with easy access to some of the best restaurants and shops in the area.

Our only minor complaint was the bar/lounge area, which seemed a bit outdated and could use some improvements. Other than that, everything at this hotel was perfect.

Having a separate bedroom was a wonderful feature, providing privacy and allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its exceptional amenities and comfortable accommodations.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially Zara, who surprised me with a gift and ensured our security deposit was handled smoothly. The kidsworld facility provided great entertainment for the children. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with efficient room service. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.

There was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the room, possibly due to old wooden furniture.
