Loved the cozy room, with an amazingly comfortable bed and a refreshing pool for a rejuvenating swim. The staff was polite and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect! Just minutes away from the airport with the added advantage of a complimentary shuttle service. Plus, the serene location provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, which is hard to find in the city.

The lack of electrical sockets in the room. We had to charge our devices in the hallway, which was quite inconvenient.

The pool access room at Villa N was fantastic for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The private pool villa upgrade was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, was friendly and spoke fluent English. The driver went above and beyond by stopping at the chemist for medication and delivering it with a thoughtful note. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
