The service at the hotel was lacking, with staff not always appearing welcoming or accommodating. There were issues with room cleaning, as it was uncertain when the housekeeping staff would arrive.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms and a wonderful wrap-around balcony. Having cooking facilities in the room is a great bonus. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast included in the stay!

The staff were wonderful. The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. The pool area is very nice. The attached Irish Pub was great, the food was good, as was the entertainment! I would gladly stay again.

Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. From the fully equipped kitchen to the large bathroom, everything was well thought out and made my stay comfortable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was quite close to small restaurants and a bus terminal, making it easy to explore the area. Lastly, the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, ensuring that all my needs were met.

I had a fantastic 6-day stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me - away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but still easily accessible to Pattaya by bus or a short walk to the beach road or Jomtien beach. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with two large bathrooms and even cooking facilities. I loved the wonderful wrap-around balcony, perfect for enjoying some downtime. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. Basic amenities were provided in the rooms, and I was pleased to find that breakfast was included in the price. great value for money!

The highlight of our stay was definitely the dining experience. The restaurant served the best Western style breakfast we've ever had, and the lunch and dinner options were superb. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although the hotel is located away from the main activities in town, it provided a peaceful and relaxing environment. The hotel also offered great amenities such as a workout gym, swimming pool, and lounge bar. The only drawback was the inconvenience of getting around town without our own transportation. However, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional rooms, amazing dining experience, and friendly staff.

Excellent cooking facilities, with a variety of cuisines available including Thia cuisine, Irish breakfast, and Beef and Guinness pie. Reasonable prices including the bar. Staff very helpful and obliging. Room was big, clean, and quiet. a great place to stay.
