Convenient location near trendy Thonglo Ekkamai area with great restaurants and coffee houses. Friendly staff, free shuttle, and larger rooms and beds compared to hotels in the tourist center. Next to Big C, Starbucks, and other restaurants. Excellent English-speaking staff.

The location is great with many cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. In addition, a Big-C and Starbucks are nearby which is convenient. The staff are friendly and responsive to any issues that arise. The room is comfortable and clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel has all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok that had a lot of pros and cons. On the positive side, the hotel had great decor with attention to every detail and a common outdoor area. Additionally, it had a supermarket and Starbucks nearby. The room was cozy and the service was friendly. Unfortunately, the bathroom could be cleaner.

The water temperature in the shower was not consistent and the noise level was high late at night, making it difficult to sleep. the hotel shuttle to the train station was not able to accommodate large groups, making transportation to nearby attractions a challenge.
