My stay at Thai House Beach Resort in Koh Lanta was exceptional. Kim and her staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room itself was fantastic, and the beach, called Long Beach, was only a short 3-minute walk away. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded, perfect for families. The resort's restaurant served delicious food, although it was a bit pricey. However, there were plenty of other great and more affordable dining options along the beach.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of lounge chairs by the beach and the need for cash payment, overall, I had a wonderful experience staying at the Thai House Beach Resort. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities like AC, clean sheets, and hot showers. The resort had a lush landscape and a variety of accommodations. There were also nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and bars, making it easy to meet other guests and find eating and traveling companions.

Great views of the sea and sunset and the beach is a few steps away. the massage place in front of the bar was great too, with professional staff really knowing what they are doing. There are many food options nearby so you won’t run out of choices.

The rooms were filthy when we arrived and the bed linens were not changed from the previous guests. the shower had very low water pressure and was impossible to regulate the temperature.

The shallow and protected lagoons and beaches nearby were perfect for both cautious swimmers and experienced snorkelers. Also, the fully stocked bar at The Fat Turtle was a hit!

Oh, there was nothing I hated more than the rain during the green season. Just loved getting drenched while trying to enjoy my time.
