The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is right on the beach, so you can easily access the beautiful sandy shores and enjoy the stunning views. it is close to the shopping street, providing convenient access to shops and restaurants. it is located just a short drive from the airport, making it easy to reach upon arrival.

The use of cheap toilet rolls and tissues in the rooms is a mistake. It is inconvenient for guests and ultimately not cost-effective as more is needed to get the job done, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Amazing beachfront access, comfortable rooms, and great promotions on food and drinks. The hotel provides beach bags and fresh towels daily. a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach resort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lush pool area and a restaurant right on the beach. The staff was always smiling and ready to assist us. The location was excellent, just a one-minute walk to the center of the resort, where we found numerous restaurants along the strip. The resort also offered a fantastic buffet breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options, including fruits, yogurt, cereals, hot dishes. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the beach area was impeccable.

For us, it was ideal.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beautiful Lamai beach with direct access to the sand and sea. It was so convenient to be able to walk out of the hotel and onto the beach whenever I wanted. The rooms were spacious and well-kept, with comfortable beds and a balcony to enjoy the stunning views. The breakfast offered a great variety of dishes, with both Western and Asian options available. I particularly loved the fresh juicer, which added a lovely touch to the meal. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

As old people, we loved the spacious room and beautiful pool with amazing views. The staff were always smiling and welcoming, and their problem-solving skills were top-notch. The BBQ for lunch and dinner was fantastic, and the location was great.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was particularly impressed with the well-maintained pool area and the breathtaking pool view villa that had a comfortable and spacious bed. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was right on the beach and close to everything in Lamai, including shops and transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious and value-for-money breakfast.

The breakfast was spectacular, rooms were nice and clean, comfortable pillows, AC controls worked well, small but nice pool overlooking the beach.

The hotel’s location was perfect being close to many shops and local food stalls. the pool was clean and the sunbeds were comfortable with umbrellas provided. the buffet breakfast was amazing with plenty of variety and attentive staff. the daily housekeeping was impeccable and the room was spotlessly clean. the room was well-appointed with comfy beds and a good range of free beverages.

The wifi was a bit slow and went off every now and then. the price of drinks at the hotel bar was too expensive compared to the prices of neighbouring bars.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to both the beach and the town center. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were sufficient, and the rooms themselves were comfortable and spacious.

The bathrooms were a bit outdated and could benefit from some updates.
