Our butler Kan provided amazing service. Well-planned and provided amenities, including welcome treats. Beautifully decorated, kid-friendly compound with pool, playground, and more. Good retreat from the city with fresh air and serene surroundings. Nearby restaurants and fun attractions.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great as it's close to all the tourist attractions in the area and surrounded by beautiful nature. The service was impeccable, from the room service to the housekeeping and the laundry service. The staff even provided a welcome drink upon arrival and tours/ticket assistance. The amenities in the room were fantastic, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a restaurant with delicious food and a great outdoor dining area. The spa and wellness centre were also a great addition, and the live entertainment was a nice touch. The staff was warm and caring, and the hotel manager was especially attentive.

The restaurant manager rejected a request I made, but overall, I had a great experience here and would recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the area.

The room was a bit small and cramped for our tastes. the noise level from the nearby street was somewhat bothersome at times.

Located close to a beautiful National Park, Thames Valley Khao Yai Mu Si provides a convenient base for exploring nature. Guests can enjoy the nearby restaurant, Chan pa, and easily access the various attractions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a nice bed and sofa/resting area. The staff is polite and welcoming, always attentive to guests' needs. Additionally, the resort offers facilities such as fish feeding and bicycle rentals.

The presence of children running around and being loud may affect the overall tranquility of the resort.

Nice decor, ambiance, and room. Kid-friendly with activities for young children. Midweek stay recommended for peace. Well-maintained property with authentic architecture reminiscent of northern England.

The staff provided very good service and the area was clean and perfect for photography. Breakfast was nice and check-in and check-out were fast. The hotel grounds had a pool, kids' playground, and other activities suitable for families.
