I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with the Jung Ceylon mall just a stone's throw away. It was so convenient to have everything I needed within walking distance, from shops to restaurants and even the beach. The hotel's service was top-notch, with the staff always welcoming me with a smile. They were especially helpful, with one staff member named Audi going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I loved having my own balcony to relax on, and the in-room safe gave me peace of mind. The complimentary toiletries were a nice touch, and having an electric kettle and a television added to the convenience and comfort of my stay. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area for unwinding after a long day.

The hotel restaurant on the first floor served decent American breakfast and had a variety of lunch and dinner options. Room service was available for a surcharge, which was convenient. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main shops in Patong Beach but still situated in a quiet area.

There were a few aspects of my experience at this hotel that I did not enjoy. the noise levels in the rooms were quite bothersome due to the thin walls.

I had a great experience at the Allano Hotel. the staff, including Bengy, were helpful and friendly. the Superior Room was good value for money with a big comfy bed, air conditioning, and clean showers. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the main shops, Bangla street, and the beach. I appreciated the convenience of having a 7-Eleven and Family Mart downstairs, as well as the option to rent bikes and book activities easily. it was a wonderful stay!
