I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, one of the best I've stayed in! It exceeded my expectations as a boutique hotel affiliated with the Beach Resort Group. the hotel had huge pools, great facilities, and exceptional service. the staff were attentive and even remembered us, offering beach towels when we went to the beach. the in-house massage facilities were also fantastic. the location was perfect, with Kata beach just a short walk away and Kata Noi and Karon beach within walking distance too. There were plenty of restaurants, money exchange, and other amenities nearby. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Phuket.

Stayed during Thanksgiving and the food was great. the rooms had a nice decor and were quite clean. the location was good and near the beach which was a plus. the staff was friendly and accommodating with all requests.

The hotel lacked amenities such as a gym or spa. the elevator was often out of service, so we had to climb too many stairs.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were exactly as advertised on the internet, with 2 single beds and a balcony, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Lastly, the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5 to 10 minute walk to both beautiful Kata and Karon beaches. There are also good restaurants nearby, providing plenty of dining options. The rooms are well-furnished and include facilities such as TV and WiFi. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a basic but satisfying breakfast.

The hotel rooms may have some cleanliness issues, with ripped towels and stained bed sheets reported by some guests.

Convenient location. Close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and great pool area with cocktail bar. Free water bottles daily.

The staff was friendly and amazing, room cleaning everyday. Great condition, amazing pool, good view from room. Close to Kata and Karon beaches. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Easy access to main roads. Nice swing chairs in the hall. Nice elevation of building attracts guests.

The Beach Boutique House Sha Extra Plus offered a wonderful experience with exceptional service and facilities. The hotel, affiliated with The Beach Resort Group, had spacious pools and great in-house massage facilities. The staff provided great service, even remembering us and offering beach towels. The location was walking distance to Kata beach and also easily accessible to Kata Noi and Karon. a great value for the price and an excellent choice for a stay in Phuket.

Felt completely relaxed, no complaints.
