The location on a scenic beach surrounded by jungle is amazing. The spa manager provided excellent care when I injured myself. The relaxed and slow ambience of the resort allowed for a perfect recharge. The beach was stunning and well-maintained, with deck chairs provided by the staff. The hotel facilities, including the room and restaurants, were all top-notch.

The resort is located in a beautiful environment, with a stunning beach that is perfect for snorkeling. The beach is well-maintained and has clear turquoise water. The restaurants at the resort offer delicious food and cocktails, particularly the Italian poolside bar and Capri restaurant. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The bathroom in some rooms is slightly small and dark, and there is a slight gap in the sliding doors on the balcony, which could allow mosquitoes to enter.

The complimentary cocktails and massages were a nice touch. the location being right by the beach was very convenient. the sunrise view from the balcony was breathtaking!

The smell of sewage was unbearable throughout the entire stay. the staff was very rude and unhelpful, making our Thanksgiving experience not as pleasant as we hoped.

We were amazed by the beautiful views and the stunning location of the hotel. The staff at Beach Club By Haadtien were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The resort had great facilities and we especially enjoyed the beach bar. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was sensational, right on a beautiful and quiet beach. The view over the bay was simply breathtaking. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep. The rooms, although a little old, were tastefully decorated and had everything I needed. The hotel also offered a range of services such as room service, laundry, and tours assistance, which enhanced the overall comfort of my stay.

I did find that the location of this hotel was not optimal, as it was a little far from town. However, the hotel did offer a shuttle service, although I had to pay extra for a taxi if the shuttle timings didn't coincide with my plans.

The staff provided excellent service, offering frequent shuttles and assistance with luggage. The location is quiet and peaceful. One receptionist was helpful. Rich marine life in the sea.

I was impressed with the 24-hour room service and the attentiveness of the bell staff and housekeeping. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area and a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the stunning scenery. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was an added bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. this place exceeded my expectations and provided an enhanced level of comfort and quality.

In terms of the cons, I found the prices at the hotel's restaurants to be quite expensive. Additionally, some of the staff could have been more responsive when we reported an issue with insect bites in the bed.

The beach was stunning, offering plenty of space for relaxation and fun activities. The free shuttle into town was a convenient bonus.
