Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience! The location within the city center is perfect, as it's not crowded and there's no need to struggle with traffic to get to the Old Town. I also loved the hospitality of the staff, they were attentive and provided great service housekeeping. The welcome drink upon arrival was a thoughtful touch that made me feel at home. Another positive aspect of this place was the tours/ticket assistance service, which made planning my trip effortless. The amenities in the room were also remarkable, with air conditioning, mini-bar, television and in-room safe being some of my favorite features.

The staff was very polite and offered a couple of complementary items that were very much appreciated. the location was great, as we were able to walk to many nearby attractions. Plus, we really enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi in the room, making it easy to stream shows and get work done.

There were a few negatives that we couldn't overlook. For one, the room was very dark and depressing, with a window that provided no natural light.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-designed. It is conveniently located, just a 7-minute walk from the night market and city center. The staff is helpful and accommodating, offering a free upgrade to a room with windows. The breakfast is served from local restaurants, adding a nice touch to the experience.

We had such a wonderful stay at a charming hotel. The design of the entire place, including our room, was simply amazing. Warm colors, wooden details, and plenty of space made it truly special. The beds were comfortable and everything looked brand new. The staff at Blanket Hotel Phuket Town - Sha Plus were extremely kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned every day and we even enjoyed complimentary drinks and snacks from the mini bar. The location was great and the reception area was perfect for relaxing and working. a fantastic experience.

The friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast options were diverse, including specially cooked meals and a continental self-service station. The hotel premises were clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary room facilities.

The lack of coordination between staff members regarding extending my stay was frustrating.
