One evening, when my partner and I checked into The Crib Patong, we were greeted with a warm and smooth check-in process by the lovely reception staff. However, upon entering our room, we were disappointed to find a strong smell of mold. We quickly realized that our room was located near fresh markets, which resulted in a lingering seafood odor on the balcony. Thankfully, the hotel staff was accommodating and allowed us to switch rooms the next day. The new room was much better, although still had a faint odor and hard pillows.

I had a decent stay at The Crib Patong, thanks to its great location and accommodating staff. However, improvements in room cleanliness and comfort are needed to make it an even better choice.

The staff was amazing and the room was very clean. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. I loved that the TV was working and that we received new towels and water every morning. The location was perfect, with Bangla Road and the Bazaan Market just minutes away. There were also plenty of restaurants around the hotel. a 10/10 experience!

Strongly recommend this hotel.

I was initially worried about the room not being soundproof and having a bad smell, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room had minimal odor and was about 90% soundproof, allowing me to have a peaceful sleep. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance to a mall, Bangla road, and right in front of the hotel, you can rent a motorbike or car. There are also massage services conveniently available. The room space was more than enough, and I was able to perform my prayers comfortably without any inconvenience. I had a great stay and would definitely choose The Crib again when I visit Phuket.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. our air conditioning started leaking in the middle of the night, causing the room to get hotter.

The location is amazing, being near the main road, a fantastic market, mall, and just a short walk to Bangla road and the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when I had an accident and needed assistance. The room was clean, welcoming, and quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The amenities, including beach towels and bath products, were a nice touch. The cleaners did a fantastic job, providing fresh towels and water every day. the hospitality was wonderful.

As a tourist, I loved the hotel's central location, just a short distance from Junceylon Shopping Centre and Bangla Rd. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, exceeding my expectations. The staff, particularly Sara at front of house and Nina in the café, were amazing and made me feel like part of their family. The housekeeping staff were efficient and the hotel itself was well-maintained.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the facilities were in great condition. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was plenty for everyone. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff were friendly and the hotel had good security with cameras monitoring the premises.

Although the staff were friendly, some of them could be a bit rude at times, especially the female staff members who didn't always answer inquiries directly. Additionally, there were a few incidents that left a negative impression on us, such as an air conditioner leaking through our luggage and the hotel refusing to move us rooms or take responsibility for the damage.
