We had an amazing time at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, with the rooms looking very new and tidy. The hotel was conveniently located near everything, close to the center of town and within walking distance of Patong Beach, Blanga Road, and the Shopping Mall. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile on their faces. We also found it convenient to book tours with hotel pick-up, as many agencies offered this service in the area without any extra costs.

My partner and I stayed at Crystal Beach for a week while visiting Phuket. The hotel is in a superb location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a short and entertaining 20-minute walk to Bangla Rd. The staff was friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and hot water with great water pressure. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching cable TV. There were plenty of good restaurants on the street corners and a 7-11 nearby for any essentials. We even rebooked twice during our time in Phuket because we loved it so much. The hotel also had a downstairs area where we could hang out, grab a beer, and chat with other guests. They even had scooter rentals on-site for convenience.

I highly recommend this hotel.
