My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the Grass Serviced Suites. We were initially worried about the cleanliness and the beds, as we had read some negative comments, but we were pleasantly surprised. The beds were comfortable, although they were two twin beds combined, so they would sometimes move to the sides. However, the cleaning was great! Whenever we asked for our room to be cleaned, the staff promptly took care of it. we really enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay longer, but we needed kitchenette supplies which were not available.

I gotta say, The Grass Serviced Suites in Pattaya gave us the best bang for our buck during our three-month stay in Thailand. The room was super clean and modern, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The staff at the reception and the cleaning crew were all really helpful and friendly. The location was great, with a convenience store and a 7-11 nearby, and plenty of restaurants and a mall within walking distance. The hotel was peaceful and quiet too, which was a plus. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As for breakfast, the only thing that could've been better was the variety of food options. Just a bit more variety would've made it even more satisfying.

Lovely pools and cascades. Clean, modern, spacious room with separate kitchen. Daily cleaning and free amenities. Helpful staff and ample storage space.

My stay at Grass Serviced Suites exceeded my expectations. We found the apartment to be compact, yet fully functional, with all the amenities we needed for our few weeks stay. The on-site mini mart was cheap and convenient. The location was great, with the main baht bus route nearby, although at peak times it took a bit longer to travel. The staff were very helpful and the property was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was excellent and more than we had expected. The value for money was outstanding, especially for a 2-week stay. The breakfast offerings were also impressive, especially for someone like me who is a pescatarian. I particularly liked the suite layout, with the sofa in front of the TV rather than in front of the bed, as found in some hotels. The bidet toilet was a nice touch as well.

We loved staying at this place! It has an amazing location, right on the main street leading to the beach. The room service was very attentive and the housekeeping service kept everything clean and organized. It was convenient to have shops and commercial services nearby, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The staff, especially the manager, were very helpful and accommodating.

Conveniently located near dining and nightlife, accessible by baht bus. Modern and comfortable rooms with lovely decor, equipped with free WiFi, gym, pool, laundry and massage parlor. Friendly staff who provide great service. Excellent breakfast options with a variety of dishes.

I had a fantastic stay at Grass Serviced Suites. The room was always impeccably cleaned and modern, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location was great, with easy access to all the action in Pattaya via a quick motorbike taxi ride. Despite being surrounded by Thai restaurants, I still slept soundly and had a restful night. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, modernity, and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants, but quite far from the city center. There is a late right across the street. The rooms are spacious with a suite layout and a sofa in front of the TV. The bathroom has a bidet toilet.

Some guests reported issues with cleanliness and pests, and staff not adequately addressing their concerns.

Had a good time, they had complementary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch. the location was key, close to the beach and the party scene. the bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi was fast.

Staff was rude and unhelpful, really put a damper on the new year experience. They seemed like they didn't want to be there.

Opposite the hotel, taxis were readily available all the time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the modern and cozy room. Good value for money. Despite a minor issue, we had an overall comfortable stay at Grass Serviced Suites.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the price was a great deal for the two weeks I stayed. I also enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially since I'm a pescatarian and they had options catering to my dietary preferences. the suite layout was well-designed, with the sofa placed in front of the TV, creating a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't quite enjoy. the swimming pool wasn't very clean, and I even experienced red eyes from the water, possibly due to excessive chlorine.

The rooms at Grass Serviced Suites were extremely comfortable and offered great value for the money. The two AC units in the room were a lifesaver in the Pattaya heat. The location was convenient, with local eateries and a 7-Eleven nearby. The building itself was spacious and had a microwave, making it feel like a home away from home.
