During my stay at The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel And Convention - Sha Extra Plus, I was impressed by the spacious and modern room. It had two full bathrooms, a living room, and ample closet space, making it incredibly comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious, providing a wide range of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff were kind and always ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself had a perfect blend of traditional charm and modern amenities, giving it a unique ambiance.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, with beautiful, spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and there are great facilities including a huge outdoor pool. The breakfast selection is excellent with plenty of choices. There is a big park nearby for walking or jogging, and a mall within walking distance with shops, a food court, and a supermarket.

Luxurious amenities and impeccable service made my stay at this hotel unforgettable. The swimming pool surrounded by a stunning sun terrace, sun loungers and garden area, was perfect for relaxing, while the library with its exclusive range of books was a bonus. Additionally, the private facilities, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, were beyond my expectations.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay here was the lack of options in the room’s fridge for drinks, but the polite and helpful staff offered prompt solutions to this inconvenience. this hotel exceeded my expectations and proved to be a unique and exclusive experience.

I had a fantastic stay at The Heritage Chiang Rai Hotel. I stayed for a couple of nights with friends and a child in a spacious and neat Suite 2 beds room. The room was equipped with great facilities, especially the fantastic living room where we enjoyed watching movies and chilling. The king-size bed and cold AC kept me calm, and I loved spending time swimming. The staff, including Housekeeping, Room Service, Bellboys, and Guest Service. I can't wait to come back next year.

I highly recommend this hotel.
