We had a wonderful time at this luxurious resort. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the large balcony, where we could relax and take in the beautiful view. The swimming pools were also a highlight, with crystal clear waters and a tranquil ambiance. We couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and recharge.

Highly recommended for everyone.

Had a good time in this hotel during New Year's Eve. Loved that they offered a shuttle bus to the city center which made it easy to explore. the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool area was relaxing and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The food could have been better, the breakfast options were limited, and some dishes were not very fresh. the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some areas of the hotel.

I had a great stay at this beach resort. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the check-in process easy. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of dishes. it was a wonderful experience.

The communication in English with the staff was limited, which posed a slight challenge.

We had an amazing experience at the Heritage Pattaya Beach Resort. The view from our ocean view room was absolutely breathtaking. The spacious and nicely decorated toilet added to the overall comfort of our stay. The peacefulness of the resort, combined with the beautiful beach and surrounding area, created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The pool and entrance area were also impressive. the resort provided a memorable and romantic getaway.
