The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa in Phang Nga was a delightful stay. The staff's exceptional memory and recognition made us feel valued. The massages at the spa were top-notch and the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially with the new coffee machine. The resort's pools, both hot and cold, were clean and provided a tranquil atmosphere. a wonderful place for relaxation.

We stayed at a beach resort close to Phuket with a nice private beach. The room was beautiful and spacious, with a comfy bed and a big bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant for 3 nights. The resort had multiple pools, including hot springs and a large pool with a pool bar. We loved the peaceful ambiance and the beautiful view of the beach.

There was a lack of knowledge from some staff members, which affected our experience.

Great getaway for Easter. Enjoyed the beautiful traditional Thai design and landscaping. Loved the privacy offered by the beautiful private walled garden. the Spa treatments were amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the included breakfast was a lovely mix of traditional Thai and western cuisine.

The location was very isolated, with no shops or nearby restaurants. No direct access to the beach during our stay meant a bus ride to access the beach.

The staff was helpful, room comfortable with excellent view, relaxing stay, nice fish restaurant nearby, beautiful hotel, lovely rooms with comfy beds.

Can't fault the property.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a relaxing holiday and were blown away by the luxurious amenities. the Spa & wellness centre offers an incredible range of treatments, and the Swimming pool and Sun terrace were the perfect way to unwind. the garden area is immaculate and adds to the overall sense of luxury. Beach access was a little far, but the private facilities made up for any inconvenience.

Our only minor issue was with the Restaurant - some dishes were overpriced for the quality and quantity of food served. the Bar/Lounge area made up for this with its amazing drinks and beautiful ambiance.
