During my business trip, I stayed at a hotel that was at an ideal location with easy accessibility to the main road and shopping centres within a short walk. The hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms with a modern design. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the efficient check-in process was exceptionally convenient.

Although the hotel provided satisfactory amenities, I found that the staff was not very friendly towards the customers. there were some unexpected and unreasonable charges that the hotel took as deposits and refused to refund upon checkout.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Patunum market and within easy reach of everything you could need. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with clean bathrooms and good service. The breakfast is okay, and there are plenty of facilities available, such as free Wi-Fi and a helpful staff. Plus, the hotel offers a great view of the city.

Some guests have mentioned unreasonable hidden charges, which should be taken into consideration.
