I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided great advice on tour packages for activities such as snorkeling and city tours. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was within a 10-minute walk to the beach and close to shopping areas and Arab restaurants. It was also conveniently situated near all the main activities in the city. The breakfast offered a good range of food options, and the staff, from reception to the restaurant and cleaning staff, were friendly and attentive. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Had a decent stay. Staff handed me a refreshing drink as I arrived which was a nice touch. the location was convenient, with multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance. I also appreciated the complementary breakfast and the fact that the wi-fi was free.

Honestly the staff needs to sort out their communication. They failed to deliver two of my room service orders and didn't provide fresh towels or toiletries when I requested them.

The location of the Lantern Resorts was absolutely perfect for exploring Patong. It was just a short walk to the major attractions and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient. The room I stayed in was surprisingly spacious and larger than other hotels I've stayed in before. The Front Office staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing me with great local tips and recommendations. One thing I particularly loved about my stay was the breakfast. It had a wide variety of delicious local and Western dishes that satisfied everyone's cravings. Additionally, there were numerous Middle Eastern eateries near the hotel, offering even more dining options.

During my stay, I did experience some noise from nearby clubs, which could be a bit bothersome at times. Furthermore, the view from my room wasn't the best, with construction garbage behind the pool.
