The hotel was new, clean, and staff were friendly. Chris at reception was welcoming and always had a smile. The rooftop pool offered a great view of Patong Beach and had a bar.

I had a great stay here. The location was perfect for me - not too close to all the main attractions that it was too noisy, but not too far either. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like an air conditioning unit and soundproofed walls. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and even provided me with a welcome drink upon arrival. I also really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the exceptional rooftop pool and bar. the view from up there was simply breathtaking, making it the perfect spot for a romantic sunset cocktail. Another highlight was the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. the location was also ideal, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. Plus, the clean and well-kept rooms added an extra touch of comfort to our getaway.

There were a couple of minor issues that affected our overall experience. the music at times, especially in the bar area, was quite loud and thumping, which made it difficult to have a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

Over Easter, I had an enjoyable stay in Phuket. the breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the Indian cuisine. the breakfast came with complimentary fresh juices and coffee. the hotel was located in a convenient area, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and it was only a short walk to the beach. Finally, the restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience.

The level of service was exceptional and the rooms were kept very clean. The pool area was also well-maintained and provided a great place to relax. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the main market where there were plenty of restaurant options. The food was delicious and there was also a convenient 7/11 nearby. I highly recommend taking a taxi from the corner of the hotel, as the drivers were friendly and the prices were decent. it was a wonderful experience and I want to thank the whole team for their exceptional service.
