I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location of the hotel on a raised area in a quiet place, yet near the BTS station, was a major plus. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with good bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the British Embassy and can be easily accessed by river boat. it is also conveniently located near the city center and within walking distance to various shopping malls. The rooms are small, yet cozy and clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

Some guests mentioned that the walls in the rooms are thin, which can result in noise from neighboring rooms disturbing sleep.

The bed was extremely comfortable, fresh bedding, well-equipped bathroom, spotlessly clean, ideal location for the British Embassy and BTS, friendly and helpful staff.

the Moonite Boutique was conveniently located near where I needed to be, and the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the room was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable, and I especially loved the amazing shower. the hotel also offered a great breakfast and dinner in-house, which were both delicious. I was thoroughly satisfied with my 7-night stay and will definitely be recommending it to friends and colleagues.

The bed was super comfortable and the bedding was very fresh each day. the bathroom, although small, had plenty of hot water and was well equipped with everything I needed. I appreciated the complimentary water and hot drinks facilities in my room.

I didn't find the staff to be very friendly or helpful, especially the man serving breakfast in the mornings. I had requested early check-in but didn't receive a response, and when I arrived, it wasn't possible.
