The staff were friendly and kind, the facilities were great, and everything was so quiet. We loved having the pools to ourselves and the location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. a fantastic stay!

Friendly staff. Regular room services. Spacious apartment. Oldy facilities, but passable. Reported problem, late response. Bandaids fix done.

We had a very comfortable stay at The Narathiwas Hotel & Residence Sathorn. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast options offered were delicious and varied. We also enjoyed the great facilities, such as the outdoor and indoor pools, and the gym with weights. The view from the window and the roof garden were also a nice bonus. Despite a few small drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Excellent suite for families with access to a huge swimming pool. Perfect for families with small children who love water. Conveniently located near nearby convenience stores. Peaceful residential area with good access to Central Plaza mall.

The hotel had a great pool area and comfy beds. They offered a delicious breakfast with a lot of options and fast room service. the location was convenient with several spots around for food and drinks. the shuttle service they provided was also helpful for getting to public transport and the nearest shopping mall. Lastly, we appreciated the regular cleanliness of our room and the amenities that came with it.

The staff at the reception could have been friendlier, and we were frustrated by some issues with the wifi connection. some of the facilities, like the cooking hob, were not very functional.

The two large TVs, massive refrigerator, and quality kitchen appliances were a pleasant surprise. We also appreciated the comfortable lounge and large work table/desk in our room. The two magnificent pools, one of which was covered, provided a refreshing escape. The sauna, gym, and spa on level 4B were an added bonus. We were also impressed with the quality washing machines and dryer available on the same level. The breakfast offered a well-presented selection of both Thai and Western dishes. Lastly, the staff, especially Ms. Lada at the front office, were charming and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is great, situated in the Yannawa district with Wat Po Men just a short stroll away. The proximity to the huge department store made it ideal for my needs. Plus, if you don't mind a 10-minute walk, it's easy to connect to transportation.

I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends. The only suggestion I have is that the staff could be more comfortable with English.
