We recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Phuket called Oceanic Sportel - Sha Extra Plus. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent facilities and exceptional staff. The rooms were very clean and large, and the gym had everything we needed, along with 6 tennis courts. We also appreciated the option to buy protein shakes after our workout, as well as the varied menu available for room service. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks in large part to the helpful and friendly staff.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We really appreciated the laundry room with both washing machines and tumble dryers, making it easy to do a quick load of laundry.

There were a few downsides to our stay at this hotel. the restaurant options were limited, especially for vegetarians.

Spacious rooms with amazing textures and lighting. Super friendly staff. Great gym and swimming pool. Secluded location, perfect for those wanting to unwind. Convenient for guests with pre-planned trips.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities and fulfilled our luxurious needs. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were perfect for a relaxing day in the sun, while the full body massage at the spa center was truly rejuvenating. the bar/lounge area served delicious drinks and the restaurant had a variety of special diet menus.

The staff at this venue could have been more attentive, as our check-in process was quite slow. Other than that, there were no significant issues.

Our stay at The Oceanic Sportel was fantastic. The hotel building is set back from the road, providing a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were always positive and professional, even when dealing with difficult guests. The facilities, including the indoor tennis courts and gym, were top-notch. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a nice bathtub and a huge bed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and friendly staff. I had a great experience at The Oceanic Sportel.

It is unfortunate that the hotel is located in a terrible area with limited nearby stores.
