The Pago Design Hotel Phuket-Sha Plus had a beautiful, modern, and clean room. The design throughout the hotel was stunning, including the reception area. Despite not eating at the hotel, it provided great value for money. The big refreshing pool and services like bike rental were a plus.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find it had a nice pool and clean rooms. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet and had helpful staff willing to provide information on local attractions. the location was good and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

There were some downsides. the rooms were small, the beds were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was too loud to sleep comfortably at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. The room was beautifully designed, compact yet incredibly comfortable. We loved the pool access rooms, it was so convenient to take a dip whenever we wanted. The staff provided exceptional service, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was a delightful experience, with a wide variety of local Phuket and Thai dishes to choose from. We especially enjoyed the barista-made coffee, the best we've had in Thailand!

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.
