Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near shopping areas and massage spas. Clean and comfortable rooms with daily towel changes. Good WiFi service. Near to convenience stores and easy access to taxis and tuk-tuks.

The location is perfect, right in the center and near amenities such as the Baiyoke Sky Hotel and a family mart. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in and helping with transportation. The rooms may be small, but they are clean and equipped with basic amenities. The breakfast buffet, included during the promotion period, offers acceptable varieties with options like jam and butter.

The only mirror provided is in the bathroom.

For my Christmas vacation, I stayed at a hotel that was a great value for the price. The location was fantastic with easy access to a lot of activities. There were a lot of massage parlors and shops nearby, which made it easy to find everything I needed. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to help me find a tuktuk for a reasonable price and even let me check-in early. The breakfast buffet was a good option with plenty of choices for food.

There were a few minor negatives. The room was a bit small, but it was cozy and fine for my needs.

Convenient location, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfast options. One morning, we had a delightful breakfast at The Period Pratunam. The freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruits, and tasty main dishes satisfied our taste buds. The compact lift was a minor inconvenience, but it didn't overshadow our overall pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel.
