Great location with amazing views, spacious and clean rooms, impressive breakfast selection, unique on-site Shabu restaurant, and a lovely garden landscape. Also, the hotel provided a hairdryer and had a cafe with freshly-ground coffee. Highly recommended!

The hotel, though located a bit off the beaten track, offered a tranquil and peaceful stay that was perfect for a Christmas getaway. the room was clean and spacious, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the mountain views. the breakfast spread was also quite good, with a variety of dishes to cater to different palates. the hotel's proximity to the train station and convenience stores was definitely a plus.

Communication with the front desk staff was difficult at times, as their English skills were limited. the lack of a proper dining room for dinner meant that choices were limited.

The Pino Hotel in Pakchong offered a peaceful location with a great ambience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was big and cozy. They even provided a hairdryer, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel has its own Shabu restaurant, which is a must-try. The breakfast had limited choices but was of good quality. I also enjoyed a freshly-ground coffee from their cafe. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.
