The service was exceptional, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The staff was kind and friendly, always ready to assist us with any needs or inquiries. We also enjoyed the convenience of the airport shuttle service, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The hotel amenities were fantastic, from the beautifully designed rooms with modern comforts like air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, to the lovely terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a refreshing swim and a sun terrace with comfortable loungers. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The room was compact and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at The Quartier Hotel Phromphong - Thonglor. The rooftop pool and gym were great amenities. The hotel provided a convenient one-way tuk-tuk shuttle to the nearby Em Quartier or Hospital. I had a positive experience.

The breakfast spread was a bit limited compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok and Pattaya. The selection of breads was limited to sandwich slices and there were no cold cuts or sausages.
