The recently refurbished rooms were impressive. Close proximity to night clubs, restaurants, bars, and a hypermarket. Efficient and friendly staff. Hassle-free check-in process. Ample parking space. Jacuzzi in room. Nice working table and big screen TV. Good value for money with a reasonable buffet breakfast. Clean and equipped with basic facilities. Convenient location near Terminal 21 and away from heavy traffic.

A Quite and Relaxing Stay

We had a very pleasant stay at a local Thai hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima. The service was outstanding, and our room was massive and well-maintained. The breakfast was always delicious, with a variety of Thai dishes and made-to-order eggs. The hotel's central location made it convenient for us to visit The Mall, Big C, Bus Station, and Ya No within a short distance. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home. Despite not being a luxury hotel, we highly recommend this value-for-money option in Nakhon Ratchasima. it was a delightful experience.

The Rich Hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to the main shopping centers and the center of town. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms, although without much character, are comfortable and clean with a good bathroom. Plus, the breakfast included is a bonus, served with real butter.

Christmas at this hotel was a treat! the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel warmly welcomed. the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a range of local cuisine that we enjoyed trying. the key location factors also made our stay even better, with the shopping centre and bus station being within walking distance. Another advantage was that we could park the car for free, which was a timely and cost-effective benefit.

The condition of the rooms was a little disappointing. the decorations and furniture were outdated, which felt uninviting.

The rooms are spacious, with an impressive size of about 60 square meters. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary facilities. The staff provide excellent service, always ready to assist guests. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a variety of foreign options to try. the hotel provides a comfortable stay with great amenities.

One downside is that the WiFi is only available in the lobby and dining area.

Le personnel était serviable et aimable, offrant un excellent service. Le petit déjeuner était succulent, avec une variété de plats délicieux. De plus, la piscine était grande et agréable pour se rafraîchir.

Malgré ces aspects positifs, nous avons remarqué que certaines parties de l'hôtel semblaient vieillissantes et nécessitaient un meilleur entretien.
