The hotel is located on the banks of the scenic Mekong river, providing a beautiful view. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped. The breakfast bar in a separate building offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and eager to serve us.

The staff at the café lacks product knowledge and doesn't clear the plates after meals.

Awesome river views! The sunrise from the room was breathtaking. The room was clean and affordable. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast bar was top-notch with plenty of local food for us to try. The location was just right, not too far from downtown and you can easily get a tuk-tuk from the hotel. You can even book a suite for a spacious living room and enjoy the river view too.

Nothing to complain about really, just a small issue with the payment process. My credit card was declined and I had to use cash instead.

New riverside hotel, clean and comfortable with great river views. Enjoyed biking along the riverfront and the excellent rain shower. AC and wifi were fast. Nice dining options nearby. Good value for money and potential for improvements.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in Nakhon Phanom, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is simply breathtaking, with stunning views of the Mekong River right from your room. Waking up to the sight of the river and the backdrop of the Loas mountain range was truly incredible.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nakhon Phanom. The value for money is amazing, with breakfast included and even a boat trip on the Mekong River in the evenings.
