We had an amazing time at Shellsea Resort. the staff were always friendly and helpful, and the facilities were excellent. the hotel grounds were spacious, and the rooms were cleaned twice a day. We loved the large pools and the poolside bar. the breakfast had a great variety of delicious food, and the dining atmosphere was pleasant. the hotel also offered convenient transportation to Ao Nang beach and had a travel agent on site. we highly recommend Shellsea Krabi I Luxury Beach Resort & Pool Villas for a fantastic vacation experience.

The best aspects of this hotel were the stunning views, excellent staff, and cleanliness. The hotel is surrounded by a splendid garden, providing a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms was second to none, with spotless rooms that were tastefully decorated.

The Italian restaurant on-site provides a delightful culinary experience, while the proximity to the closest pier or Ao Nang allows for convenient transportation options. Guests can enjoy spacious rooms with luxurious amenities, including well-designed bathrooms with double sinks. The fantastic garden and pools create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the friendly staff provides excellent service and the complimentary island-hopping tour is a great way to explore the surrounding islands.

Although the hotel offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, some guests have mentioned a lack of nearby convenient stores or shops for snacks and supplies.

We spent our Easter vacation at a charming resort near the beach. the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We appreciated the daily breakfast buffet and the free shuttle service to the nearby town. the location was perfect for outdoor activities such as hiking and kayaking.

The menus lacked variety and the food quality was subpar. the resort's beach was accessible only during high tide, which made it challenging to enjoy beach time.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at a new and nicely designed hotel with a personal touch. The hotel staff asked us about our experience and are looking into implementing our suggestions, like having a juicer at breakfast and a mattress menu for softer beds. The design of the hotel and the layout of our room were impressive, and the art added a nice touch. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and paid attention to details. The location and gardens were beautiful. We enjoyed the nice breakfast and loved the large tea mugs!

Since the hotel is new, there were some small things that needed attention. However, the assistant manager was proactive in addressing our concerns and taking our suggestions seriously.

This luxurious venue offered exclusive amenities that exceeded our expectations. the location was beautiful and the private beach was peaceful and serene. the staff delivered fantastic service and the spa and wellness center was top-notch. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace with its impressive sun loungers and taking advantage of the outdoor swimming pool.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited food options. While the in-room breakfast was exceptional, the poolside snack bar and restaurant options were lacking.
