Great location, near old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful approach and outside seating area. Separated wet and dry areas in bathroom. Easy access to Sunday walking street, local market, and Night Bazaar. Several restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Temples close by.

If you're a light sleeper like me, The Signature Hotel @ Thapae is the perfect choice. It's tucked away on a quiet side street just off the busy main road, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, conveniently situated between two banks on Taipae Rd, with everything you need centrally in reach. The rooms are modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-functioning shower. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs you may have. Additionally, the hotel provides new shampoo and body wash every day, ensuring a refreshing experience during your stay.

While the hotel offers excellent service, the breakfast could have been better.

During our New Year stay, we found the hotel to be conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and night market. the staff was friendly and always ready to help us with whatever we needed. We particularly appreciated the clean and well-maintained facilities, especially the excellent shower and bathroom. the tour/activities booklets offered by the hotel were a nice touch to help in planning our adventures.

I recently stayed at The Signature Hotel @ Thapae for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel very welcome. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the downtown square and with a 7eleven conveniently located just 50 meters away. I loved exploring the night market and cafes by the river, which were a short walk in the opposite direction of the old town. The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, and the hot showers were amazing. The hotel felt new and clean, and the breakfast had a good selection. I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying for 7 - that's how much I enjoyed my time here.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at a hotel in Chiang Mai. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Tha Pae Gate and close to amenities like massage places and a 7-11. The hotel itself was clean and new, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for one night shift employee who seemed a bit tired. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but we didn't mind as we wanted to explore the neighborhood cafes. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Chiang Mai.
