Beautiful rooms/villas, matching pictures. Staff went above and beyond, even getting medicine for a guest. Friendly and helpful. A serene and enjoyable stay with activities to do. Unique 'smart' TV experience.

The villas were exactly as pictured - beautiful and comfortable. The food exceeded my expectations, especially the massaman curry. The staff went above and beyond when I fell ill, even getting medicine for me. The resort offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The smart TV was a unique touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We had an amazing time at this magical and hidden gem retreat. The staff at Spa Koh Chang Resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there to assist us with anything we needed. The resort was well-maintained and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The free use of bikes and kayaks added an extra touch of enjoyment to our stay. The spa offered an excellent selection of massages, and we particularly loved the free meditation class in the morning. The breakfast was delicious, and overall, we felt it was great value for money.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. the hotel provided free kayaks and push bikes and offers mopeds to hire to explore the surrounding natural beauty. the friendly staff was always helpful and they had a good knowledge of local activities.

The hotel is located far from the town, which makes it difficult to find restaurants or other establishments without transportation. the fitness center equipment was old and rusty.

The location, away from the touristy beaches, provided us with complete relaxation in a beautiful jungle atmosphere. The pool area was stunning, with a peaceful atmosphere and a lovely view in front of the entire restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, offering homemade peanut butter and jam, oat porridge, fruits, bread, salad. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The restaurant serves delicious lunch and juices, and offers a variety of food options including vegan and vegetarian dishes. Guests can enjoy complimentary use of kayaks and bikes to explore the lake and surrounding area. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, with some featuring private pools. The staff is helpful and kind, providing exceptional service throughout the stay.

One of the negative aspects is that the restaurant closes early, around 8pm, with limited options for dining outside of the resort.
