Big, comfy room. Friendly staff. New apartments. Great location near Chinatown. Easy walk to cafes and BTS.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to public transport such as the Hua Lamphong skytrain and the airport. it is situated near Chinatown, offering a variety of cheap restaurants and food options. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, providing a comforting yet modern atmosphere. The bed is large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and the shower pressure is satisfying. The staff displayed excellent hospitality, providing assistance when needed and even offering a travel plug adapter.

There were some issues with the check-in process and the staff availability, which could inconvenience guests, especially if arriving outside of business hours.

The Spades Private Residence was a delightful stay. The location was convenient, with easy access from Hua Lamphong skytrain and the airport. The WiFi was strong and there was even an elevator for convenience. it was a quiet and comfy place with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

The location was convenient, close to Chinatown and transportation. the room was sizeable and stylishly designed, complete with a great shower and comfy bed. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The lack of a reception area made it difficult to check-in, and there was no complementary tea or coffee. the balcony was dirty, and the pillows provided were uncomfortable, forcing me to use the couch cushions instead.

My recent stay at The Spades Private Residence was fantastic. The location was ideal, and the room style was brilliant. I loved the spaciousness and comfort of the room, and the internet TV allowed me to seamlessly connect to my Netflix account. The hotel is very new and clean, adding to the overall positive experience. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were available when needed. The elevator was an added convenience.

While the shower water temperature was not hot, it was still warm enough for a comfortable shower. Additionally, finding the hotel initially was a bit challenging, as there was no clear writing on the main door.
