The hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities and clean rooms. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is also a delightful start to the day.

The WiFi connection was unreliable and kept dropping out.

Facilities: The Sylvana Pai Hotel offers an array of facilities to enhance your stay in Pai. From the terrace overlooking the garden to the free airport shuttle, they have thought of everything. The hotel even has a pool, making it perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring.

Cold Rooms: It gets very cold in Pai during off season and there was no option to run the a/c warm, nor did they have small heaters for the rooms.

Excellent location, just a 2 min walk from the main area. Family rooms were surprisingly spacious with comfortable beds. Kettle provided for tea/coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. Good wifi. 5 min walk from the bus station.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, right in the center of town and close to everything. Despite being in a central area, it is tucked away in a quiet lane, ensuring peaceful nights. The proximity to the walking street market allows for easy exploration of local culture and cuisine.

The breakfast area being outside the reception can be uncomfortable on colder mornings, as the food may become cold quickly.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect, situated in the trees but just a short walk from the main market strip and night market. You'll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by vibrant street life and a huge decking area covered in cushions where you can relax and soak up the atmosphere. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. The rooms are nestled in a beautiful tropical Garden of Eden, providing a tranquil retreat from the bustling surroundings.

The only downside during my stay at this hotel was the bed, which was uncomfortably hard.

The pool area was nice in terms of size and ambiance. The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing as it was situated right on the walking street, which really came to life in the evenings. there was a shortcut to a nearby café for breakfast, offering convenience.

The pool water had a lot of chlorine and it made our skin hurt after a while. It would have been better to have more tables or surfaces near the pool to place our belongings as most of the pool chairs were occupied quickly.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was right on the night market, so we were able to easily explore the vibrant food stalls and shops. Plus, being in the center of the town meant that everything was within walking distance. However, the hotel was tucked away down a little lane, so it was surprisingly quiet at night.

Had a fantastic Easter break at this cozy hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Loved the clean and well-appointed rooms, equipped with everything we needed- air conditioning, mini fridge, and a room safe. The pool was so refreshing and perfect for a dip after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, which was great for us as we love to explore new places.

The breakfast, which was not up to our taste. The food was presented on the terrace outside, but it was too cold to eat outside during April.

The Sylvana Pai is the perfect place to stay in Pai! We couldn't have asked for a better location - just 20 meters away from the bustling walking street with plenty of food options. Unlike other resorts that are located out of town, Sylvana is right in the heart of everything. It's also conveniently close to the places where you can book activities and tours, as well as the bus drop off area. We loved the central location so much that we would choose to stay here again just for that reason.

There's really nothing to fault about our stay at Sylvana. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
