We had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a warm smile. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely shower. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center, and we had easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the convenience of amenities such as the coffee capsule machine and Chromecast in the room. We cannot wait to come back here next year!

the room was amazing, with a spacious layout and a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as flip flops and full-size toiletries. the hotel's sustainable approach, including the option to purchase their toiletries, was a nice touch. the AC and WiFi worked well, and the addition of a TV with Netflix connectivity was a bonus. the hotel even provided a comprehensive guide to Chiang Mai in the room, which was incredibly helpful.

The staff was polite and the two complementary facts offered were good. the hotel is ideally located in the old town which is perfect for exploring. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

The pool was closed for most of our stay and we did not receive any notice about it. the rooms were not well insulated and we could hear noise from the bar and construction which made it hard to sleep.

The suite was lovely with a shared pool, good location, and luxurious shower gel. One of the nicest places I've stayed.
