Everything was spot on.

I had a great experience staying at a hotel near some friends' houses. The hotel was clean and tidy, with excellent and affordable Thai food and goods available at a nearby Thai government building. The staff at the reception were kind and polite, and the cleaners were efficient. The hotel had a good coffee shop, and there was a 7/11, pizza place, and Tesco in the vicinity. The location was convenient, and the check-out staff were efficient and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the luxurious amenities of this hotel. the service was impeccable; the staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. the Spa & wellness center was a highlight of my stay, offering a range of treatments and experiences. I particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the sauna and steam room. the sun terrace and garden area were also lovely, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious food and drinks, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Although it wasn't too disruptive, it would have been nice to have been informed of this beforehand.
