We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady who showed us to our room by the pool. The location was perfect, with a 7/11 next door and major shopping malls within walking distance. We also appreciated the free shuttle bus to explore the nearby area. The facilities, including the salt water pool, were top-notch and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room service was excellent, offering delicious food. The bathtubs were a nice touch and the hot water and shower pressure were better than most Thai hotels. The wifi worked well throughout our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

During Christmas, I stayed at a hotel complex that offered great amenities and comfortable rooms at affordable rates. The salt water pool was one of the best aspects of my stay, and it was a nice change from regular pools. the proximity of the hotel to shopping centers and tourist attractions made our stay very convenient. The staff at the front desk were also welcoming and accommodating, making for a great first impression.

The hotel was not a good fit for me as a single traveler looking for a quiet getaway. The hotel complex was full of families with children who were constantly screaming and playing in the pool.
