The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Nongnou. Good pool and loungers. Nice size rooms and shower room. Quiet balcony with table and chairs. The owners, a lovely French couple, were very hospitable and made us feel welcome. Their kitchen served exceptional food. Great scooter/car hire and taxi service. Superb air conditioning. Accommodated our early check-in and late check-out requests. A real sense of solidarity during typhoon Pabuk.

This hotel, nestled high in the hills behind Lamai Beach, offers incredible value for money. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the warm service provided by the staff. The rooms, equipped with aircon and good wifi, were kept in immaculate condition, and we loved having a common balcony to enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, ensuring we started each day on a positive note. One of the highlights was the complimentary transport to and from town, making it so easy for us to explore the local area.

My stay at Tropical Palm was simply wonderful! The resort is nestled in a peaceful location with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The town center was just a short 5-minute bike ride away. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. If we ever visit this destination again, we will definitely be staying at this fantastic resort. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Amazing experience! The rooms were spotless and spacious with excellent air conditioning, which was much needed in the hot weather. The food was exceptional, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. The pool and bar area were always clean and very inviting, with plenty of shade available.

I can't think of any negative aspects to our stay. It was a truly wonderful experience and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
