I got great value for my money at this lovely family-run hotel. The rooms were just like the pictures - beautiful and comfortable. The location was a bit far from the main area, but it was easy to walk or take a tuktuk. The staff, especially Pam, were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay perfect. The cookie-tea corner was a nice touch too!

The morning meal could be improved with more variety or options.

Pat, the owner, was always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. We loved the surprise snack pantry and the adorable woodland bear theme throughout the hotel. The hotel is brand new and always perfectly clean. The owner, Pat, is always at the reception and eager to answer questions with a smile. The rooms are beautiful and exceeded expectations. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Pam, the staff member, is very helpful, cheerful, and friendly. The hotel provides complimentary light bites throughout the day and has fast and stable wifi.
