The location is ideal, with the hotel situated just next to the beach and only a short 10-minute walk along the beach to the restaurants. The staff is very friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The basic amenities are well-maintained, and the rooms with the seaside view provide breathtaking views of the ocean. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is a nice touch and adds convenience to the overall experience.

We had a fantastic time at Twin Bay Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The beachfront location was stunning, and we enjoyed swimming in the shallow and clean water. The views were absolutely amazing, and we loved watching the sunset from the beach. The resort itself was comfortable, and we had a spacious suite where we could relax and spend time with our friends. The convenience of being able to easily explore the island and catch a speed boat right from the resort's beachfront was a big plus.

What an incredible time we had during our Christmas vacation! the resort was simply immaculate, with top-notch facilities and endless fun. the beach was spectacular, with crystal-clear waters and stunning scenery. the bungalows were spacious and clean, with lovely amenities and the perfect amount of privacy. the restaurant surpassed our expectations, with fresh and delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Plus, the resort was conveniently located close to all major attractions and shops.

The occasional wait for service during breakfast, when the restaurant was busier. Not a major issue, just something to keep in mind if you're on a tight schedule.

We had a fantastic stay at this small private paradise. The location was perfect, nestled between two bays with a large sandy beach right in front of us. Our beach bungalow was amazing, with a stunning view of the sea and a terrace where we enjoyed cocktails. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and engaging. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including an egg station. We also had delicious lunches at the restaurant, with fresh and tasty dishes. The pool area now has pull-out full shade canopies, which were very effective. we had a wonderful time at this resort.

The service charge added to food and drink was a bit annoying, as we didn't encounter it at other establishments in the area.

amazing stay at a beachfront gem in koh lanta. helpful staff, beautiful pool, and tasty food with reasonable prices. exceeded our expectations with high-quality rooms and well-kept grounds. cannot recommend enough!
