My stay at U Nimman was perfect! The location was ideal, with a night market right next to the hotel and a mall with a fun arcade and movie theater across the street. It was also convenient for exploring the Sunday market, just a short taxi or Tuktuk ride away. The staff were exceptional, particularly Mr. Oat at the reception desk who was always helpful. The facilities were clean and peaceful, despite being in the heart of a busy city. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the overall experience was luxurious and great value for money.

This hotel provides an exceptional luxurious experience. The high-end service is worth mentioning, from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and immediate assistance with our luggage. The beautiful rooftop pool with its stunning view and comfortable sun terrace served as a great spot for relaxation. We were also pleased with the room advantages. The room was spacious, clean, and the private facilities were exclusive and well-maintained. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast with a poolside snack bar and the buffet breakfast with a wide range of options to choose from.

The bar/lounge area was not open during our stay, which was a minor disappointment. Other than that, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect from its outdoor swimming pool to well-manicured garden area, to the leisure/TV room, and the restaurant that offered tasty and diverse cuisine.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the excellent service of the staff, especially Mr. Oat at the reception desk. The breakfast was fantastic, and the hotel's location on Imman Road was convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at U Nimman. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of local dishes and daily surprises. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We also loved that the hotel offered free bike rentals, allowing us to explore Chiang Mai easily. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a nice Christmas stay in this hotel. The staff were very responsive and provided excellent service. We appreciated the complementary breakfast and room service. The hotel is conveniently located near popular shopping spots and the night market. We liked that the rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The pool at the rooftop had incredible views of the city, and it was a lovely place to relax.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed and it was not mentioned on the website. The toilet's glass box design was not very private.
