The extra touches at U Hotels made my stay truly special. From the personalized welcome drink to the flexibility of checkout times, they go above and beyond. The pool, with its ocean views, was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail. The staff were always friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend U to others.

This hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs with exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, beach access and sun loungers. the service was exceptional and the staff were attentive to my every need. the massage was particularly pleasant and the open-air bath in the spa centre was a unique experience. the venue is located away from the busy city, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere.

The breakfast was not up to par with the rest of the luxurious amenities as it lacked variety. Despite the beautiful pool area, it was often crowded making it difficult to relax.

This beach hotel exceeded our expectations with its beautiful decor and friendly staff. We were impressed with the delicious food and stunning seaview at the restaurant. The location was ideal, with easy access to other restaurants and the Asian market. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with jacuzzi bath tubs and a 24-hour stay option. The infinity pool and lovely decorations added to the overall experience.

The check-in and check-out system needs improvement.

Complimentary coffee/tea in the room and the gym are great. the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and several restaurants. the view from rooms overlooking the city is breathtaking.

The room we stayed in was not well-maintained with outdated appliances and dirty carpets. this hotel did not meet our expectations for a comfortable business trip stay.
