The breathtaking views and luxurious amenities of this hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience. the Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and sun terrace allowed us to indulge in a relaxing retreat. the poolside snack bar and in-room breakfast were highlights, providing us with delicious options throughout the day. the location advantages are great, allowing us to enjoy the beach access and the live entertainment provided by the venue.

Although the services provided were of high quality, we did experience a minor setback when it came to the dinner. the special diet menus could have been more varied in options, as the selection was quite limited.

The hotel is conveniently located near Patong beach, making it easy to access the beautiful sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. Guests can either take a taxi or tuk-tuk to explore the surrounding areas. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the beach, providing a hassle-free way to enjoy the sun and surf. The rooms are well-maintained and offer stunning views of the sea, allowing guests to relax and unwind in a serene atmosphere. The staff provides excellent service, always willing to assist and answer any questions. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options to start the day on a high note.

The hotel could benefit from some minor maintenance, such as adding hooks for towels and bathroom robes as well as a shelf for shampoo in the shower. Despite these small issues, the overall experience at the hotel is still enjoyable and does not significantly impact the quality of the stay.

The incredible sea view from the room and the delicious food made our city trip unforgettable. the hotel provided complimentary use of a shuttle bus, which was really helpful to explore the surrounding areas. We also loved the flexibility of having breakfast anywhere and anytime we wanted.

The hotel is quite isolated, with limited dining options nearby after the last shuttle. the shuttle service ends relatively early, so we had to take taxis to return to the hotel.

The infinity pool at Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket was absolutely amazing! It offered breathtaking views and was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast each morning was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony. The hotel staff, especially A and B from reception and Aom and Yaya from food and beverage, were friendly and provided excellent service.

The infinity pool has outstanding views, and the temperature is perfect. Breakfast options are plentiful, with a great view to enjoy. The staff are helpful and kind. The location may require transportation, but the hotel offers a shuttle service. The nearby beach has a good bar/restaurant.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotlessness everywhere we looked. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool and the pool bar with its daily happy hour. The staff was exceptional, always around to assist without being intrusive. The location was great, away from the noisy city but still easily accessible with a 10-minute shuttle service. And the view from our seaview suite with a jacuzzi was absolutely breathtaking. Additionally, the delicious breakfast served at the hotel's dining area made our mornings even more enjoyable.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The calm and sea view is fantastic! Hot tub in the balcony. Superb breakfast with vegetarian/halal options. Gorgeous and clean swimming pool. Hotel is very close to Patong Beach. Great staff.
