I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at United Residence. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room I was given was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and nightclubs nearby. I had a great experience and would highly recommend United Residence for your stay in Bangkok.

Located in a quiet alley, United Residence is conveniently situated near many tourist locations. With a wide selection of restaurants and shopping options in close proximity, it is easy to find a great place to eat or shop. The rooms are clean and cozy, with ample supplies in the bathroom. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, even helping to retrieve lost belongings.

It would have been even better if there was a swimming pool on-site.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Secondly, the rooms were clean, fresh-smelling, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a decent balcony view. Lastly, the location was perfect, situated away from the hustle and bustle of the main street but still easily accessible to local eateries and interesting restaurants in the neighborhood.

Spent Christmas in a great hotel with awesome service! Loved the spacious room with fast Wi-Fi and comfy bed. the location was perfect, with plenty of shopping and dining options in the area.

The kitchen was missing a stove, making it difficult to cook in-room. the noise level from the air conditioning at night was a bit too loud.
