the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They allowed me to use their laptop to print out my boarding passes and even arranged a last-minute taxi to the airport. the room itself was modern and clean, with a great shower. the location was perfect, not far from Silom metro station, making it easy to get around the city and to the airport. the host was also very attentive, double checking our arrival time and providing a helpful transportation guide. my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it.

The room itself was well-equipped and provided us with the convenience of a big wardrobe. Despite being located at the end of an alley, the room was quiet and provided a peaceful stay. The host was extremely helpful and ensured we had clear directions to our desired destinations. Although there was no elevator, the easy access to the entire house made it manageable. I highly recommend Urban House for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near public transport.

The breakfast, while limited, could easily be supplemented with delicious options from the food stalls outside the hotel. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
