The hotel is close to various shopping options, including Silom Complex and MBK shopping mall. Additionally, there are plenty of dining options in the nearby Convent Soi, which offers a variety of street food, bars, restaurants, and even massage parlors.

The WiFi connection at the hotel was unreliable and quite expensive.

Spacious rooms with kitchen and washer/dryer. Higher floor offers stunning view of the city. Received complimentary upgrade to a larger apartment with amazing amenities. Walking distance to Patpong Night Market and convenience stores. Cozy lounge area with Netflix and YouTube for entertainment.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable with great views. Late check-out was accommodated until 1:30pm.

I had a memorable and stress-free stay at Urbana Sathorn. The staff was great, friendly, and always willing to assist. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony offered a nice view, and the in-room washing machine was a fantastic convenience. The swimming pool was cool, and the kitchen facilities were a plus. my family really enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with broken furniture and dirty bathrooms. the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the air conditioning did not work well.

The hotel is situated in a great location, close to the sky train and very convenient to the MRT station. It is also right next to Baan Kanitha Thai restaurant, which is known as one of the best Thai restaurants in the area. Additionally, it is very close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city.

The lack of cooking and dining utensils in the small kitchen is disappointing.

the outdoor swimming pool and full body massage left me feeling rejuvenated and at ease. My room advantages were delightful, with private facilities and comfortable bedding. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of scrumptious dishes with an exquisite taste. the location advantages were just as impressive, being near the heart of the city with easy access to various restaurants and bars.

There were not enough beach umbrellas to go around at the pool, which made it difficult to enjoy the sun without any shade.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious and clean luxury rooms were truly impressive. The view from our room was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our check-out process was quick and efficient, allowing us to attend our meetings on time. Moreover, the sport facilities, particularly the beautiful and large pool, were excellent. We also appreciated the quietness of the rooms. Lastly, the staff's friendliness and ability to speak English were commendable. Additionally, this hotel is conveniently located within walkable distance to the Patpong night market, which was a bonus.

The room was much larger than I expected, with a balcony that offered an impressive view of the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort and the size of the bed. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, including the Coffee Club and various restaurants. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
