Convenient location, friendly staff, clean room, spacious room, good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Khlong Hae Floating Market, right opposite Kim Yong market, and close to the clock tower where you can find souvenirs. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub. The staff provide excellent service and are friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is in need of a major upgrade as it appears old and outdated.

The staff at the entrance and reception were friendly and remembered us after 3 years. Central location near markets. Clean and spacious rooms. Convenient for visiting Lee Garden Plaza.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel in Hat Yai. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the location right next to Kim Yong market. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout my stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and I especially appreciated the nice big beds with beautiful views from the 12th floor. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory, providing a good start to the day.

Convenient location, excellent service

I had a great stay at a hotel in Hat Yai recently. The location was really convenient, just a short walk away from popular shopping malls and attractions. The service at the hotel was top-notch, with the staff being extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, providing excellent housekeeping and even offering cheap laundry services. One minor drawback was the lack of ironing facilities in the room, but it wasn't a big issue for me. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great service, and convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located near shopping malls and street vendors, making it easy to grab a tuk-tuk for exploring the city. the rooms were clean and had comfortable big beds. Plus, the staff, despite the language barrier, were accommodating and did their best to fulfill requests.

The breakfast was just average and wasn't worth the price. It's better to walk around the streets for some local breakfast.
