I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed at V Resotel. It was just right - not too soft and not too firm. Additionally, the hotel staff proved their honesty and efficiency when I left my phone behind on check-out. Thankfully, the cleaning staff found it and I was able to retrieve it later that day. The location of the hotel was also convenient for my family, as we stayed there twice during emergencies in our village.

There were no facilities for hot drinks in the room or elsewhere in the hotel.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the towels provided looked worn out. the noise from other guests was disturbing, and made it hard for me to have a peaceful night.
