I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed at V Resotel. It was just right - not too soft and not too firm. Additionally, the hotel staff proved their honesty and efficiency when I left my phone behind on check-out. Thankfully, the cleaning staff found it and I was able to retrieve it later that day. The location of the hotel was also convenient for my family, as we stayed there twice during emergencies in our village.

The location of the hotel was convenient, with a nearby MRT station for quick access to the city area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with good furniture sets and friendly staff. The hotel had a nice common area and excellent wifi. Additionally, the hot water in the hand basin was a nice bonus.

There were no facilities for hot drinks in the room or elsewhere in the hotel.

The room was quite spacious and the decor was nice, giving it a cozy feel. I enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops which were just a few minutes walk away. , the staff was generally friendly and helpful.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the towels provided looked worn out. the noise from other guests was disturbing, and made it hard for me to have a peaceful night.
